Instructions

Cut bacon crosswise into 1-inch strips. Cook in a large skillet over
medium-high heat until crispy.
Add corn, season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until corn
is tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
Stir in the scallions and remove from heat.
Serve immediately.
